Location accessable easily at bukit bintang shopping area. And if your shopping bag is alot to carry can drop by your hotel because it just around the block! Super convenient from my experience

The room is too small for 2 person already. Plus luggage organizing is a nightmare because you will be put to work. So little space is hard to work with and organizing your luggage stuff

Great location, easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Comfortable stay and definitely worth the price

Room was okay, despite the smallest room I have booked, but it has all the amenities you needed. The only downside, it was just too dark. I won’t mind staying here in the future, but I will choose to book room with window.

Quiet compare to Millennium (cars reving making noise up to 1am) but not Gold3 Boutique. Would stay here again

Think the place needs to be checked thoroughly again as some rooms are really not up to it. The saving grace is the location and the nice staff. I stayed before and it was great but it's now needing an up lift.

It was a clean hotel and the room was clean as well. Staff was very nice, openend the doors and helped me carry my luggage. Bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. If you step outside you’re directly in the shopping district. I didn’t heard noises from the street in my room.

The room was smaller than I expected. I could often hear people in the hallway talk in my room.

It’s weirdly dirty this time around. Towels were dirty. Bedsheets were turned inside out and dirty.

The receptionists was okay. Location was good.

How to say this? The hotel has the potential to be wayyy better. The first room we were given was not bad, small but clean. Then on the 2nd night, something was wrong with the door. It kept on beeping and the keycard did not work (even after they reprogrammed it). So we have to pack our things and moved to another room. The 2nd room was slightly bigger but it smelled moldy. The pillows were not of hotel standard (our previous room had better pillows) and the beddings did not smell nice as well (as if the room was left empty for a lonngg time). The water pressure was not good either. The door to this room apparently was not locked when went out. We forgot something then went back to the room. The door fllashed red when we use the keycard but my husband tried the door knob anyway! The door opened! We closed the door again and tried to open it again! It opened easily even without the keycard so we went to the receptionist to complain. It was really a tiring experience for the first few days. No fridge in the room. Iron and the board could be shared.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location at Fahrenheit and opposite Pavilion mall. Room is very compact. Bathroom is just the basic. We really like this hotel for its location.

Could not pin the location for private transport to pick us from.

Very good location. Right on the side of Fahrenheit shopping mall. Perfect to go to Bukit Bintang by foot or anywhere else by public transport. Good price if you dont mind it being too small.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It's always been good before. But this time, a lot of stuff in the room was busted or unfavourable (see pics - shower holder detached, bed sheets wrong size, and the sink was dripping below). It's really a shame. There's other places to stay nearby for next time perhaps.

The staff very friendly , the security guard so very helplfull . Not so many hotel can get what we want , but this hotel its excellent . I can request late check out up-to 3 hours just add some dollars due to my flight us reschedule .

bathroom cleanliness especially at the wall

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not only is it near Pavillion Mall, Starhill, Lot 10, it also has a train station nearby. I really love Bukit Bintang area and hence, I really appreciate how convenient the location is.

The room is pretty small but it was alright for a short stay. I did not bring a luggage, only a duffel bag that could be put on the ledge of the bed. Not sure if it would be possible to fit/open a luggage easily in the room.

The location was fantastic, right in Bukit Bintang and walking distance of shopping malls such as Fahrenheit 88, Pavillion and Lot 10. There are lots of options for food as well. The Lot10 food court is just round the corner. The hotel is quite interesting as it has a camera museum on the 2nd floor. It's worth a visit.

The hotel is pricey for a basic hotel but being in the city, it is one of the "cheaper" hotels. The room is very small. We had a triple room and there was very little room to move.

Location was easy by public transport and the staff were so helpful in booking us transport to Penang via Instagram the day before we arrived

The location is awesome, it's close to the LRT, Pavilion, and a bunch of other malls.

The bed linens were soiled, and there was a cockroach on the bed.The blanket and pillow were odorous and stained.When I visited the museum, the security guard informed me that it was closing soon and asked me to leave. I explained that I was a guest at the hotel and simply wanted to use the public space in front of the museum, but he still insisted that I leave.
